Role and Responsibilities
- Drives issue resolution by making key judgments that can affect the processing of several clients.
- Proactively explores known and unknown error circumstances and applies specified error repair processes when applicable.
- Provides monitoring and operational management for connected hardware and software in a 24×7 processing environment.
- Guarantees peak performance at full capacity for all systems.
- Follows new/improved work processes as needed, tests and implements program and/or system modifications, responds to processing issues, and uses sound judgment to make client-impacting processing adjustments.
- Identifies aberrant processing conditions and makes suitable reaction selections.
