Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand the customer’s project specifications and demands, and may participate in job site walkthroughs.
- System designs for standard facilities may comprise mechanical system layouts, electrical drawings, valve and damper schedules, and control panel layouts, depending on the system type.
- Interprets and develops operation sequences to determine system hardware and logic needs.
- Assists in the analysis of designs, construction contract specifications, and codes to assess project requirements and dangers.
- Follows up with sales and management to ensure that task scope, specs, and schematics fulfill client requirements.
- Participates in sales to operations changeover meetings to ensure the correctness of estimates and task layouts.
