- Create and implement test automation tools, as well as automation scripts.
- Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and implementing the playbook, monitoring the system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, informing stakeholders about the status, and initiating actions to restore the system/product/service for simple and complex problems as needed.
