Responsibilities
- Focus on providing all lines of assistance for more complicated occurrences, requests, events, and/or difficulties by effectively coaching and training IT Technical assistance Engineers.
- Conduct monthly assessments to ensure that the assigned infrastructure is properly configured, installed, tested, and functioning. Ensure that the program is installed and configured according to business requirements.
- Proactively detect problems, events, incidents, and errors before they occur.
- Develop positive connections with all stakeholders, including vendors, carriers, and colleagues.
- Resolve calls and determine the underlying cause of occurrences, events, and problems to ensure proactive future management.
- Ensure that incidents, problems, events, and requests are resolved in a quick and comprehensive manner.
- Report and escalate difficult issues to third-party vendors.
