Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for MacOS, iOS, and Apple technologies, recommending and implementing security policies as necessary.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver corporate MAC OS images and software packages on Mac devices.
- Testing and deploying all software, including upgrades and new releases for Mac and iOS.
- Create and manage scripts, packages, tools, and configuration profiles.
- Proactively implement solutions to promote self-service and reduce business downtime.
- Work collaboratively with other support teams to maintain the environment operational.Manage and configure enterprise IAM, federated SSO, MFA, and IGA.
- Must create SSO solutions employing a range of protocols, including OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and header-based platforms and apps.
