Role and Responsibilities
- remotely keep an eye on the assigned sites’ smooth operation through emails, outbound calls, and collaboration with field executives.
- Coordinate with various internal and external agencies on behalf of field executives/sellers in order to ensure timely and effective operation execution.
- Provide training and guidance to sellers to ensure that standards and procedures are followed.
- Create and implement standard operating procedures, analyze data, and suggest features and procedures aimed at enhancing the seller experience.
- Willing to work on weekends
