Role and Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for our apps’ runtime operation, assuring excellent availability and performance.
- Work with software engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and address runtime issues such as performance bottlenecks, scalability concerns, and system failures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to help identify and resolve any runtime issues.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to ensure application stability and resilience.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and provide feedback on runtime and operational issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of runtime automation and tooling to help streamline operational procedures and increase efficiency.
