Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investigate the claim to discover suspicious actions and hunt for recovery prospects in accordance with the protocol.
- Determine the appropriate plan of action for the customer to resolve the claim or set the right expectations.
- The primary responsibility is to analyze probable fraud alerts that have been filtered by fraud filters in order to protect our clients and the bank’s assets from fraudulent activity.
- The fraud analyst would need to document the study undertaken to support the decision made on alert.
- The associate will be expected to make a specific number of decisions per hour and will be evaluated on their accuracy.
