Test Engineer Responsibilities
- Capable of doing ETL (Ab-initio) and data warehouse testing to the highest requirements.
- Capable of working on functional (UI, API) testing as well.
- Understand requirements, user stories, and how they connect to design documents.
- Report the status accurately.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation of business requirements for the Corporate Banking Digital Channel from Product & Servicing teams.
- Analyze success and failure scenarios to determine how the customer journey will be used and the impact on clients.
- Collaborate with application delivery teams to review user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans to ensure alignment with program goals.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to identify and establish business readiness deliverables for contingent processes.

Risk and Control Analyst Responsibilities
- Serving as Subject Matter Expert for the design and management of all ORAC (Operational Risk and Control) risks, including assisting in the creation and submission of ACPs and ICPs aligned with Barclays’ control framework and mandated policies and standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on operational risk processes for technology, including loss event and corrective action management.
- Manage risk event ownership, engage in challenging conversations, and escalate non-adherence to the Risk and Control Lead.
- Assist in undertaking thematic root cause analysis on recurring technology-related occurrences to identify recommendations to improve the control environment.
Automation Tester Responsibilities
- Capable of automating test cases using best-practice coding standards and executing them on schedule.
- Capable of doing both functional and automated testing.
- Understand requirements, user stories, and how they connect to design documents.
- Report the status accurately.
