- Effectively communicate information about products/services and/or troubleshoot difficulties within the time constraints agreed upon with the client, in an understandable manner for the end user/customer, and educate the consumer.
- Connect with customers and deliver the highest degree of satisfaction.
- Update trackers, create, categorize, and prioritize tickets, as well as update essential programs and tools. Keep SME and TL informed of new issues.
- Effectively and efficiently probe consumer issues, report incidents, and resolve issues over the phone.
- Process Executives are expected to respond promptly.
