Role and Responsibilities for Software Engineer
- Understand the competency-proficiency role mapping for yourself.
- Solicit performance feedback and utilize it to discover skill shortages within the scope of the function.
- Inform the home manager of any concerns about the obligations involved in an engagement.
- Assist team members in articulating project expectations, as well as providing advice and monitoring to ensure work completion.

Role and Responsibilities for Business Associate
- Organize, update, and maintain the company CRM database in preparation for the major migration to a larger, corporate-wide CRM.
- Ensure that any request for proposals (RFP) needs are recognized and assigned to the appropriate teaming partner(s).
- Contact applicants to gauge their interest, availability, existing pay rates and insurance coverage, and negotiate bill rates for RFP offers.
- Maintain the process for brokerage and non-brokerage accounts.
- Notify payroll officers and agents of any necessary payroll deduction modifications.
- Prepare additional business development and presentation materials using PowerPoint and other visual arts.
Role and Responsibilities for Process Executive – Data
- Understands domain process and subprocess function terminology (e.g., SOP QC checklists).
- Project, Process Handles First-level processing of assigned transactions. Complex difficulties (procedures, processes) are referred to the Supervisor and Line Manager.
- Adhere to quality requirements and reach targets and volumes within the allotted TAT (turnaround time).
- Adhere to the mandatory industry regulations and compliance criteria for the specific procedure.
- Knowledge Management Understand various document templates and standards (e.g., SOPs) in order to interpret documents and related terminology.
