Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with operations management to ensure that our clients receive the degree of efficacy they anticipate. SL, OCC, line adherence, etc.
- Work closely with the customer to address schedule changes and concerns.
- Track and report system issues, station IDs, agent behavior (report consistently short calls, excessive aux usage, etc.), and overall staffing performance (staff versus necessary, service metrics, attendance, etc.).
- Monitor real-time adherence utilizing available tools such as IEX, CMS, and WFM.
- Update schedules as needed. Adjust breaks/lunches to improve performance.
- Interact with Client Command Centers, Workforce Management Groups, and Technology and Network Service Teams.
