Job Description
- In order to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues pertaining to computer networking operations, the Technical Associate collaborates with network analysts.
- Their responsibilities include assessing technical programs, creating web pages and application designs and offering customer assistance for programs and applications.
- They have to fix technical programs, discover ways to cut expenses and boost efficiency, learn about new goods and technology and teach customers and staff in best practices, programs, and applications.
Responsibilities
- You will be in charge of maintaining and carrying out automated tests in addition to documenting and carrying out test cases for various features in order to offer high-quality features and products.
- Expanding the testing scope and understanding other system components will be necessary.
