Role and Responsibilities
- Daily activity — Addressing consumer inquiries: To respond to any accounts receivable queries from internal and external clients on a daily basis in a timely, professional, and effective way.
- Contact the client by phone or email and ensure that collection queries are answered on time.
- Understanding and adhering to the firm’s debt management policies and procedures, as well as its business standards.
- Identify overdue accounts, take appropriate action, and enter notes in the system.
- Interact with internal and external clients to handle concerns about PO, billing, cash posting, and other general inquiries.
- Check client account information for nonpayment, delayed payments, and other anomalies.
- Investigate and resolve payment problems.
