Roles and Responsibilities:
- Daily Work assigned to associates and worked as scheduled.
- Set any items to pending if scheduled for future and have reminders sent out.
- Changes are created, assigned, executed with no error and closed in time
- Incidents assigned and timely worked upon
- Bridges are acknowledged, attended and resolved on high priority
- Team takes up any additional ad-hoc activities that comes in
- Check and update Inquiries not updated beyond 3 days
- Enough inquiries assigned to people
- Review the inquiries in queue and have the people pick them up
