Responsibilities
- It will be your responsibility to find late fees and incorrect deduction on allotted portfolios by phone calls, emails, and other means.
- The duties include answering disputed invoice-related emails and phone calls, researching and analyzing ERP disputes and deductions, following up with departments to obtain supporting documentation, and identifying opportunities and suggesting ways to improve processes and automation.
- Individual portfolios are reported on a daily basis to track and monitor past due amounts.
- To lower the past due amount, you should put a collections strategy into place.
- You are an amazing teammate that can handle any random request quickly.
- You investigate and settle problems quickly to prevent any negative effects on customers.
