Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Quantitative and problem solving skills
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create a workflow diagram that shows how information moves between different stakeholders in a software system.
- Using the iDesigner application, create an architecture diagram for a software system based on the development team’s completed questionnaire.
- Multitask and coordinate the completion of risk and control assessments by communicating with a variety of stakeholders (at least 15 in total) and prioritizing tasks among them.
- Coordinate the implementation of Single Sign On (SAML).
- Update and maintain Jira items in the Kanban Dashboard.
- Proactively follow-up with the relevant team for status updates, or escalate as needed.
- Generate status reports for ongoing tasks and provide them to upper management.
- Coordinate the ad hoc production release of security controls outside of regular office hours.
