Eligibility Criteria:

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is necessary, or its equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in English

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supporting and troubleshooting Java applications, as well as resolving technical difficulties for customers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders, by handling issues given to them via ticketing systems and adhering to operational protocols.
  • Create, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot jobs.
  • Review logs and trace down to code to determine what is going wrong.
  • Manage and resolve production issues. It addresses system outages, job failures, system faults, data defects, and end-user support.
  • Execute and manage day-to-day activities using ticketing tools and processes.
  • Ensure that the appropriate tool is updated in compliance with the SLA standards, including case notes, progress updates, and case closure information.
