• Perform a fundamental credit analysis of the firm’s hedge fund, mutual fund, and private equity fund equivalents using both quantitative and qualitative considerations.
• Assess transaction risk using quantitative model reviews, portfolio analysis, stress testing, and other methods.
• Conduct counterparty reviews, suggesting an acceptable internal risk rating for each counterparty and establishing credit limitations.
