Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work to high quality standards in executing corporate renewal assessments of Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence.
- Understand client policies and processes and their impact on client delivery.
- Understanding information documentation needs for corporate structures in the KYC environment, as well as evidentiary requirements. Requires in-depth knowledge of business structures, such as privately owned or publicly traded companies, trusts, and partnerships.
- Proactively review and follow up on referrals and inquiries. Capable of identifying cases that require escalation to a Subject Matter Coach (SMC), Subject Matter Expert (SME), or client, and managing caseloads efficiently from start to finish.
- Monitor actual performance to plan and make decisions to ensure that corporate objectives are met.
- Source data from several sources/systems and accurately transfer to the principal system.
