Job Profile: Technical Expert
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline. A master’s degree is suggested.
- Proven track record in IT innovation, with an emphasis on advancing digital transformation and putting new technologies into practice.
- Strong technical background in fields like Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
- Competent in Python programming and with frameworks that are pertinent to innovation initiatives.
- Architecture for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess difficult technological problems and suggest creative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, including the capacity to explain technical ideas to stakeholders who are neither technical nor non-technical.
- Proficiency in overseeing multidisciplinary groups and managing projects.
- Capacity to adjust to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, coupled with an enthusiasm for lifelong learning and innovation
