Company X, a prominent player in the finance sector whose name has been modified for confidentiality reasons in this article, identified a need within their organization for a comprehensive, sophisticated online course on Capital Structure and Financial Strategy. This course was specifically designed and tailored to the needs of their Private Equity Analyst employees. The objective was to equip these key personnel with the necessary knowledge and skills, but also to provide them with the facility to consolidate and retain information. To achieve this, the learning modules were crafted so that employees could create content in the form of user-generated entries.
