Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Systems Engineer, you will often communicate with the customer’s IT staff. You will be responsible for resolving moderately complicated technical problems relating to Oracle product installation, suggested maintenance and use, and repair/workarounds, whether on-site or remotely. You should be familiar with some Oracle products and at least one of the supported platforms. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from senior engineers and management, with the possibility of working independently in some areas.
