Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling any incoming help requests from clients via phone and/or email in a pleasant manner.
- Document any relevant end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and the nature of the problem or issue.
- Update your own availability in the RAVE system to assure the productivity of the procedure.
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving procedures done, and total successful and unsuccessful solutions.
- Follow normal standards and procedures to resolve all client inquiries.
- Ensure client queries are resolved in accordance with contract SLAs. Utilize internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions for effective problem response.
