Job Role: Support Consultant
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
Location: Pune, Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for triaging customer-reported issues, detecting, documenting, and recommending configuration changes for software defects within SLA timescales. Act as the first point of contact for Quorum’s Oil & Gas customers and provide 24×7 support.
- Collaborate with our product and technical teams to offer precise problem descriptions for customer incidents.
- Participate in the setup, enhancement, and testing processes related to software modifications.
- Issues are escalated to AM and OM L2 in accordance with SOPs and the on-call matrix.
- Alert monitoring, resolution, and escalation to L2 as per SOP.
- Build and support master data management solutions.
