Roles and Responsibilities:
- This individual should have a thorough understanding of the whole product portfolio.
- Should have current technical skills and a thorough comprehension of any coding language.
- Responsible for implementing Razorpay’s solutions for key clients.
- Responsible for representing Razorpay from a platform integration viewpoint to prospective merchants.
- Accountable for the successful development of the platform integration between Razorpay and Merchants.
- Support merchants’ reactive queries and requests within the agreed-upon turnaround time and quality criteria.
- Read and reply to integration and platform documentation provided by prospective clients.
- The individual will serve as a major feedback channel for customers’ product requirements/expectations, closing the loop with the Product team on the subject.
