• You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Signature Success strategy. Your primary goals will be to welcome the customer to Signature Success and educate them on what they are entitled to, the resources they will be working with, and what to expect.
• This function works with numerous customers at the same time; on any given day, you may have various internal and customer presentations, as well as follow-up, scheduling, and administrative activities. The capacity to prioritize and multitask is vital.
• Flexibility and the ability to think on your feet are essential, as you will wear multiple “hats,” including Relationship Manager, Teacher, and Coordinator.
