Role and Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely execution of transactional services outlined in the global product catalogue for internal customers in accordance with company policies and rules.
- Receive customer calls and register notifications in the CRM tool, dispatch engineers, upload engineer productivity hours, close notifications, and conduct NPS surveys.
- Performing specified duties on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Thorough follow-up and closure of outstanding questions/open topics with ownership.
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly activity reporting (as required).
- Daily adherence to a strong tracking mechanism for processed transactions.
- Flexible in terms of working shifts and at the end of the month.
