What We’re Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Software Asset Manager, Software License Auditor, IT Procurement, or in a related industry.
- Preferred experience with data analysis tools and procedures.
- Ability to work with business and technical teams.
- Experience with software inventory discovery data and licensing entitlement data.
- Extensive experience reading complex legal, financial, and technical software licensing terms, conditions, and contracts.
Role and Responsibilities
- The IT Asset Management team focuses on Software Asset Management, assuring license compliance and minimizing annual licensing costs. Both approaches will lead to lower penalties and cost savings for the organization.
- The candidate will operate in a collaborative atmosphere and respond to software requests using Service Now.
- You will be responsible for managing and updating your assigned work orders from request to installation, delivering daily updates to end users and following up with our internal partners as appropriate.
- You will enter and maintain licensing entitlement data in our Software Asset Management repository within Service Now.
- You’ll work with our colleagues, software vendors, and internal IT departments including Service Desk, IT Procurement, IT Finance, and IT Division Leads.
