Degree Required: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, another technological subject, or comparable work experience.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is necessary, or its equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in English
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and help with the Property Management trial balance upload process, estimates, and roll-ups for the month-end closing process.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly account analysis and roll-forwards of selected general ledger accounts to ensure that accounts accurately reflect the company’s financial status in compliance with corporate policy and GAAP.
- Review ledger information, record adjusting journal entries, and create supporting schedules for GAAP-based financial statements.
- Assist with the monthly creation of investment- or fund-level financial statements and work papers, such as Parent Level Balance Sheet Recs.
- Prepare capital event transaction entries (such as purchases, disposal, financing, and consolidation).
- Assist with annual audits and internal control testing, which includes creating a draft audit workbook and a draft audit report with footnote support.
